ITEC - Metabolic Dysfunction - a new look at common conditions and

how to readily improve things through diet. The emphasis will be on

obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, endocrinology, neurology, dementia,

and cancer.

Delphine Sayre MNIMH works for the

Cavendish Cancer Care, a charity offering free complementary therapy treatment to cancer

patients and their carers. Delphine will describe

her work there as a herbalist, nutritional consultant, counsellor and assessor.
