http://www.oregonlive.com/health/index.ssf/2010/06/recognizing_medical_marijuana.htmlhere at the above link is that the oregon board of pharmacy moved marijuana out of these classifications: section 1"Schedule I Drugs Schedule I drugs have a high tendency for abuse and have no accepted medical use. This schedule includes drugs such as Marijuana, Heroin, Ecstasy, LSD, and GHB. Recent activists have tried to change the schedule for Marijuana citing the possible medical benefits of the drug. Pharmacies do not sell Schedule I drugs,

and they are not available with a prescription by physician. "Now they have classified Marijuana and lumped it with heroin, LSD and the above drugs, which are far more harmful that Marijuana. So now its not in this classification in the state of Oregon! Thank goodness someone has a brain! So Oregon now declassified, which is a step in the right direction. The federal government and their DEA bosses now since Obama has said no more busting, probably dont know where to run

with this. http://www.salem-news.com/articles/march242010/cal-mpp.phphttp://www.addictions.org/schedules.htmlMichele
