Planning classification for herbalists?

I've always practised from multi disciplinary clinics and am now looking at

leasing a premises.

It currently has A1 use and was used as a beauty therapy place and nail bar.

I know Oesteopaths require D1 consent but do we?

I know this should be a quick call to the planning office but I've tried all day

and can't get through, so thought you guys may be able to shed some light here?
