Guest guest Posted May 3, 2006 Report Share Posted May 3, 2006 Hi! I am new to this group. I have been doing tae bo on and off for 6 years now. I LOVE the results that it gives me. I have noticed with the boot camp that the muscle definition is incredible. Quickly I could see definition in my arms. I am battling the midsection and weight loss. I think I need to add some cardio to lose some weight. I don't notice losing inches like in the past. I want to lose about 20 to 25 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions.
