Guest guest
I split the upper body into two workouts. I do back and biceps on one and chest shoulders. tri's on the other. I do a MRP shake prior to workouts and then stick to whole foods, eating as 'close to nature' as possible. If you can keep yourself motivated and watch your form, and know what you are doing, I would think bringing a trainer on board prior to the start of the 12 weeks would be unnecessary. Make sure the trainer matches your goals and is willing to train to the BFL plan. I agree with the supplement/vitamin point brought up on an earlier post. I take USANA's HealthPak100. It contains, Vitamins, chelated minerals, anti-oxidents, active calcium and an anti-oxydent booster. There was a comment about expensive urine and for the most part that is true, but USANA's products are 96.5% bio-available and are rated #1 in America by independent lab testing. ( I will make a disclaimer that I am a USANA associate; my website is www.prosperitymodel.com) I personally have have phenomenal relief from bursitis and other joint pain through taking this product. I can go into detail off the board if anyone has specific questions on the product, but I don't want to make this a 'pitch' page. yours in health and freedom Rob robertbritt.com > > I have just started getting myself ready to start my first challenge. > I have read the book a few times, tried out the worksouts.
