Guest guest
If you don't like drop doses then I am not sure whether you will like this suggestion, but homeopathic ruta is worth considering....Guy Hi there! A friend of mine broke her tendon and I was thinking of giving her Polygonum multiflorum. I read M. Wood book, but I am not confident in drop dosage!! Could anybody suggest me how much to use in a mix? Also, the Chinese tradition uses the Stem for tendons and bones..and I got the stem.....I hope I made the right choice!! Any other suggestion is welcome! Thanks a lot! Sara

Guest guest
Hi Thanks!I am not against drop doses, It's more that I never used them! Can I give polygonatum separately in drop doses and than another mix with high dosage gotu kola, tarax, milk thistle, and horsetail? I for sure want to give gotu kola and support the liver, which is also energetically the ruler of tendons, beside processing all the debris of the healing process. Also, does anybody have any idea if the stem is ok?She is already on arnica homeopathic and Ribes nigrum MG, I can easily add Ruta, thanks for the suggestion. Herbal ruta? How? external? internal? how much? Thanks so much!!Sara Or herbal Ruta Helen To: ukherbal-list Sent: Friday, 9 March 2012, 16:32 Subject: Re: Broken tendon If you don't like drop doses then I am not sure whether you will like this suggestion, but homeopathic ruta is worth considering....Guy Hi there! Guest guest
I use Ruta in a herb mix at no more than 5-10 ml per week. As already said, comfrey externally. Which tendon is it - Achilles? If so, aren't they usually put in a plaster cast? Guest guest
It's one at the knee. Poor her, she is going to have a long recovery time! She had to have an operation. I hope they have done a good job! She needs to keep moving though, so they didn't plaster cast it.I was planning to send her comfrey oil, I haven't got anything else, and I don't think she can recognise comfrey. although I'll mention it to her. (She is in Italy)Thanks for the Ruta dosage! S I use Ruta in a herb mix at no more than 5-10 ml per week. As already said, comfrey externally. Which tendon is it - Achilles?
