MHRA - asking if THMPD should be scrapped in 'Red Tape Challenge'

I can't quite believe this but the MHRA is inviting comments on ways in which it

can reduce bureaucracy in the Red Tape Challenge. On its Herbal Medicine page it

is even asking whether the new legislation should be " scrapped altogether " . So

far only three comments have been made.

Surely we can do better than that!
