Hi

Good luck with Hill Rom . I find them to be VERY helpful. Meantime you may want

to get yourself a massage belt ( wrap it around your chest ) or jacket . They

retail about $20-$50 here ( as opposed to $20,000 for THE VEST! ) . I used it

when I thought I wouldn't be able to qualify for THE VEST. I've wrapped one

around the car seat so that I can get some back pounding going while I'm driving

and doing my nebulizer to and fro to work

Do you tip your upper body( about 6 pillows under your hips) and raise one

arm above your head during postural drainage . Its the one place where gravity

helps me at my age ( Ha Ha ! )

Toodle-oo
