I had a look as referred to in the talk. Seems from their website that the data is being written up and added to - sorry I took it to mean a published paper.http://www.thewahlsfoundation.com/category/news-and-updates/

I just spent a very inspiring weekend being taught by Dr Natasha -McBride who teaches a similar approach - the diet she prescribes is based on animal fats, meats, bones, eggs, fermented foods and non starchy veg and fruit - no grains or starches, no sugar except honey, and no processed foods. See http://www.gaps.me/ She has used it for MS amongst many other neurological and psychological disorders. Well worth a look.
