Guest guest
Hi Joy and the group!I took the test and this is the results..I am a mixed typing..I thought this so, for breakfast I eat, 3 soft boiled eggs and organic oatmeal..that is my typical breakfast which gives me the most energy. Of course I must have my mug of black tea with green tea (stash makes this organic tea)for lunch my typical lunch is sprouted wheat bread with tuna, or turkey. and dinner is salad, some sort of meat or fish, less the red kind (don't eat mammals, but cook it for the family) with cooked veggies, beans, or some sort of rice, only a very little portion though, more veggies than anything,Dessert may be dried fruit and nuts or ice cream or both! maybe some chocolate if I have a craving for it.I do try to stay away from gluten, and I find that the sprouted bread I eat even though it has gluten that has been added does not bother me for the most part. I buy Alvarado bread made in California, organic ingredients. I eat only a slice a day. Also I have been buying Hains safflower mayonnaise because the soy based mayo I believe is not good for me and my family. I am allergic to soy, I get bloated from it, stomach pains as well.Does anyone else realize if they are allergic to soy that all mayo has soy in it? Soy is in everything typically, if you read closer on your labels you will see this. thanks joy for bringing this test up, glad I took it!MicheleFrom: Nutritional Typing <nt@...>Subject: Nutritional Typing Resultepifany97523@...Date: Sunday, July 11, 2010, 8:12 AM Thank you for choosing Nutritional Typingâ„¢ Test The answers you provided in your test identify you as: MIXED TYPE Congratulations for making one of the best decisions you could make for your health!
