I sent a fairly lengthy and rambling background on Kanner and Asperger to the Washington DC AS Support Group list serv, and I'd have to gussy it up a bit for the ASPIRES-RELATIONSHIPS post to make sense. I've been meaning to do some kind of a catch up on the background of " the movement " as I've followed it somewhat differently than some folks since I first became " aware " in early 1997.
