Signs & symptoms of cancer Energetic understanding of wellness and disease and constitutional evaluation of cancer Introducing the Triphasic System of therapeutics based on endogenous, exogenous and cancer specific energetic considerations Testing for cancer – what do the pathology tests and blood tests really mean The role of diet, nutrition and supplements in preventing and treating cancer Materia Medica review - botanical medicines that prevent and treat cancer Integrating this into clinical practice – formula building, symptom management, counselling Managing cachexia and pain with natural medicines Managing symptoms of chemotherapy and radiation with natural medicines Case reviews and discussion Chanchal Cabrera has been a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists since 1987. Chanchal holds the faculty chair in Botanical Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster since 2004. She regularly lectures for the PTB when in the UK and is always a popular and immensely informative speaker. Chanchal, who lives and practises in Canada, has over 20 years of clinical experience with a specialty in managing cancer and chronic disease. This seminar is open to all members.
