looks like you might have gotten an automated message, which companies are notorious in doing. Good for you though, speaking up, and even letting them know that you have a list of toxic names to boot!!!! yes!!!I used to use mill creek shampoo in the 80's, not anymore, check this out, I don't use any shampoo or conditioner any more, nothing...I have well water, no chemicals, chlorine, fluoride, nothing added to my water, so all I do is rinse, some times when I feel like it I may use this natural bar soap that my neighbor makes herself, all glycerin soap.lotion or oil is needed here, very dry air here and skin needs it, so I use oil, grape seed, or coconut oil. I work with dirt a lot, from the garden, and sometimes forget to use gloves. I wash pots and dishes a lot too, etc...Glad you had

your say, and good that you held vitacost accountable!Chalk one up for JOY! From: Joyce Hudson <bjoyful@...>Subject: [health] Millcreek botanicals Aloe Vera & Paba MoisturizingLotion From: Joyce Hudson - bjoyful@...To: "Natural Health and Living" <health >Date: Tuesday, August 31, 2010, 2:03 PM

Below is a communication about a product, that is "Natural & Organic". I have to admit it's a great lotion. But I do not care how great a product is, when it contains any toxic ingredient. We have to learn to read the labels, even if it says Natural & Organic. I had purchased this on line a couple of years ago. Fortunately, I don't use lotions much, unless I have had my hands in a lot of water, cleaning. Read from the bottom up.

My account - Millcreek botanicals Aloe Vera & Paba Moisturizing Lotion From: Joyce Hudson - bjoyful@... Are you aware that Millcreek botanicals Aloe Vera & Paba Moisturizing Lotion, which you sell, contains 2 toxic ingredients, Phenoxyethanol and Triethanolomine, yet it misleads with it's claim of "natural & organic ingredients". I have always expected safety & quality from Vitacost.com. Are you aware that Europe has banned Triethanolomine? You are aware that the FDA is not trustworthy. I can save you time if you like, by sharing with you lists of toxic ingredients used in food, personal and home products. They are in alphabetical order and will make it easier for you to start inspecting your products for toxic ingredients. I sure hope you remedy carrying products that have toxic ingredients in them. Thank you for your time. Joyce Hudson
