estrogel application

How do you apply the estrogel? I had been putting a dose on one arm at

a time, and then felt I did not have enough fat on my arm, and so

applied the dose on thigh. I take two rulers a day of the estrogel. I

feel fine. I sleep fine. I don't have any of my old issues, except

slight core warmth now and then during day which is often an hour after

I take the estrogel. I am not positive all core warmth is hot flash. I

sometimes think it is estrogen going into the system. I realy sitll

don't co prehend my estrogen blood test yesterday. If my estrogen were

really 15, I would think I wuold be feeling worse tha I did at

beginning of t his experiment when it was around 70. It is very

puzzling.

I apply mine to fat

areas. It takes three days to build

a base. I think applying it to

non-fat areas makes it go in and out too fast.

If your E2 is 15 now and

was 70 before, there is something wrong.
