Guest guest
- Great news about the gymnast training in Dallas. Have you heard the swimmers who have trained in Ann Arbor? and I comment every time we hear it. Another interesting tidbit, for me, was that while in Ann Arbor the Junior Olympics was going on, then to hear Olympic swimmers trained there - a bit of a co-inkidink. I'm home alone this evening so I will probably take in some Olympics myself. Wishing you well, with hugs from Iowa- Sandie -- " lauraf13 " wrote: Sandie, Thanks for the offer. I watched the Olympics and they took my mind off of missing everyone. Wouldn't it be nice if we could get together once a month, but I don't think I could handle all the traveling. The woman gymnast that won the gold trains in the Dallas area, so between us we were well represented at the Olympics. Good luck with you heart issues. in Dallas > I'm sitting here watching the Olympics and missing everyone from the Gathering. Guest guest
Sandie, Every time I hear that Phelps was training at Ann Arbor, I wonder if he was there when we were there. He was probably already over in Asia somewhere so that he could be total adjusted to the time. After the Olympics he is supposed to go back home to Baltimore and live with his Mother. I wonder when he will go back to training. Tonight we will find out if Phelps will win gold number 8. Enjoy the olympics, in Dallas > > I'm sitting here watching the Olympics and missing everyone from the Gathering. Guest guest
Donna, It's amazing that he won 8 golds and broke 7 world records doing it. He does seem like a nice person. Hopefully, he can go on to the next two olympics. He probably won't be able to best what he did in this one, but you never know. Have a good Sunday, in Dallas > > > I'm sitting here watching the Olympics and missing everyone from the Gathering.
