Guest guest
Does anyone know where I can buy 's seal dried herb in the uk? I'd like to make up a salve for a patient with Plantar fasciitis, and this is the herb which comes up time and again as a recommendation. Or can anyone recommend another salve they have found useful - I would think, calendula, symphytum, arnica, lavender etc. But any other ideas very welcome. I will be treating internally also. Thank you
Guest guest
Hi solomon's seal - how interesting, must look that up, my sister in law gave me a plant last year.... I've used symphytum for this with good effect (alongside internal) and I tend to reinforce my symphytum with boswelia and lavender these days, seems to increase speed of action. My patient's physio gave her stretching exercises which also helped, I think she stood facing the wall a little awy from it, and leaned her body forward to touch the wall - it would helps with achilles tendon problems too, I think. Is she overweight? if so weight reduction would help, obviously. > Does anyone know where I can buy 's seal dried herb in the > uk? Guest guest
My plantar fasciitis was cured, after many years of unsuccessful physio and orthotics, by painting hypericum tincture onto the soles of my feet. I have recently recommended this to a patient with the same problem, again a long-standing one, and it worked for her too. Messy though, and it stains. Hope this helps, bel
