Guest guest Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 Bruce, I bought the BFL for Women (this was some time after reading the " regular " BFL book and doing the challenge) and I found it a total waste of money. Just my take, perhaps I don't think like a woman anymore since I have been working and working out like a man for so long! :>) Z BFL for Women vs. BFL I've been using BFL off and on for about 5 years and have finally gotten my wife interested in it and was wondering if there was some value in getting the BFL for Women for her to read and use.
