Guest guest
Hi Liz,I believe it is very accurate when done properly to assess mineral status of a body both toxic and non toxic minerals. Genova diagnostics offer it as a service. It is important to test recently grown hair at the nape of the neck since older hair will not give an accurate picture of what is going on 'now'!! One thing to consider however does a high reading imply the patient is very efficient and elimination and a low reading that the converse is true. This is a valid argument against using it. Genova do a specific Candida saliva test. I would rely on this or just on symptoms which are indicative of Candida e.g. rolling gas etc. On the question of using Urtica rad to combat Candida, I have never come across this. I would use garlic, Thymus, Hydrastis, Azadirachta, Cinnamon, Clove and Oreganum oil. Hope this helps Anne
