Guest guest
Hello all, Re Crataegus Please see my work on Crataegus in the book Herbal medicine Keys to Physiomedicalism including Pharmacopoeia ISBN where I wrote a lot about Crataegus. I myself am very surprised being a herbalist [since 1979] that I have seen very little research by herbalists on their own native British/European herbs. I have not seen many meta studies either. Perhaps out of touch with things if not a herbal student or teaching herbalism, but we are all students are we not. I myself still consider that I have much to learn about herbalism even after all this time. Perhaps, as I have tried to do when writing my book as a research scientist into herbal medicine. Here looking at all the available works on herbs. Perhaps narrowing the field to British and European remedies now. I still believe there are a lot of papers already out there but not yet found. Most of the useful knowledge not on animals but on humans comes from the old herbal and eclectic writings and some available online and in the Lloyd library, USA. I expect that there are meta studies and research into specific herbs then someone may like to write to me [c.menzies-trull@...]. I would be interested to hear from you. Good luck with the research.
