Guest guest
Hey , Nah, I don’t agree with you!!!!!!  Lots of garbage, I’d say.  ‘bombastic jerk, - stuffed shirt†eh?’  now we’ve got it in writing direct from the horse’s mouth!  (that’s just me attempting to disagree gracefully.  Great to see you round again after so many years. Hope all is well in your part of the world.) Don't be so fast to agree, and for heaven's sake, don't take things out on yourself. Sometimes I'm a bombastic jerk, and when I just re-read what I had written in haste, there were lots of things I could have said using fewer words and in a less officious tone. So, we all learn from our mistakes and our haste to go out and rescue the world. <g> Be kind to yourself, and don't stop learning new stuff...hopefully from less of a stuffed shirt than I can be at times. Guest guest
Ron, , I wouldn't dream of expressing any opinion myself on the merits of previous postings on this topic. I can't even remember what it was all about! [grin] But what I find so great here is the ability of you two to have a lighthearted discussion on what was originally probably quite a serious issue without getting too deeply or seriously into it. I think it's a pretty well-known trait that we aspies tend to take things too seriously and get so deeply into detail that we miss the elephant standing in the corner of the room. I certainly do anyway! So I just want to say, do please keep the discussions, criticisms, and arguments (yes, I do mean arguments too) coming in this same vein. It's a breath of fresh air and a great example to all of us to see how to deal with serious issues in this way. + (a 70yr old junior aspie here) -------- On Fri, 27 Jan 2012 at 11:17:59 +1100 Ron Hedgcock wrote: > Hey , > > Nah, I don’t agree with you!!!!!!
