Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 Hello!! I am brand new to the site. I am on my second day and am feeling absolutely stuffed at every meal. I feel like I am over eating but I counted my calorie intake yesterday and it was exactly 1500 calories and today is 1470 calories. I have been working out for 6 days a week for 4 years and have juggled with my weight every year. I am trying the Body for Life program to get my body to where it should be based on the fact that I am in good shape but don't look it. I weigh 160 lbs and am 5'-7 " tall. I am looking to get down to 130 lbs. Any recommendations on the amount of calories I should be taking in would be great. I have feeling I am eating too many. I am also doing the work outs just like the Body for Life book states, has anyone found an issue with only doing 20 min of cardio 3 times a week? I am used to doing 60 min 6 days a week, this is a drastic change for me. One more question, are we not suppose to eat aft 6 pm? Or can I still eat one of my meals at 9 pm?
