Hey Max, Those spin classes are great... Just beware that there is a

possibility of catabolism (burning muscle instead of fat) from high

intensity exercise that lasts longer than 20-25 minutes. If you can

you might want to make sure that you hit your high points early in

the spin session and then " coast " a little bit with moderate

intensity after the halfway point. Of course when the instructor

says " climb " it is pretty motivational to really go after it, yeah?
