I was able to make some positive lifestyle changes, but didn't get the results I wanted. So I'm back for a second try! I've done some thinking about what didn't work last time, so I'll be doing some things differently this time: 1) I'm going to use the Carb-Sense shakes this time, instead of the regular. 2) I've got a very concrete goal in mind from the start: Get down to 198 lbs (from 217) 3) Instead of the 20 minute aerobic solution, I'm doing regular 45 minute spin classes. They're longer but they keep me motivated and I push myself harder in these classes. 4) I'm way more focused on intensity than last time (I'm really working for the high points this time around). Hopefully, these changes will lead to better results. Today is Day One, so wish me luck! And thanks for your inspiration...I've been lurking on this list for along time, and staying connected to the conversation is a big help pschologically.
