It was taken back in 94 while on a houseboat vacation on Lake Cumberland. That photo shows pretty much how I looked for the twenty or so years prior to starting BFL in 2004. I posted the photo in the photo section under my name. I had never been able to find a pic until now, since I did NOT take pre-BFL photos. But now you have one. I did my measurements today and the holidays are responsible (actually I'm responsible) for a slight increase in bodyfat percentage. I did gain about 4 lbs between Nov 18 and Jan 13, but 3 lb of that is muscle and 1 lb is fat, but that is still a slight increase in bodyfat percentage. Four tape measure methods of bf calculation come out to be 16.1%. Five caliper calculators give an average of 13.5%. My Tanita scale (dehydrated) is 12.4%. The average of all ten methods yields 14.4%. My goal for the first Sunday in April is to have that number be at 10% or lower with a waist measurement of 30 inches or less. Today my waist was 32.5 " .
