exersise/meal sched opinions

I wonder if I might get a few opinions on an issue with my exercise

and meal times.

I know the ideal situation is to work out early in the morning, wait

for a bit then eat breakfast. But that usually isn't possible for me

with my schedule of responsibilities.

Sometimes I can do a workout before breakfast, but usually not. I

usually eat breakfast between 7:00-8:00 and I have time to do the

weight training or the treadmill sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 but I

never know exactly when.

As such, what should I expect as far as results differences versus

working out first thing in the morning before breakfast? Any

recommendations or opinions for cutting out the mid morning snack/meal

between breakfast and lunch? Would it be better for me to skip

breakfast, do the workout at my 9-10 slot, then eat " breakfast " around

10:30?
