I always use the tincture Dalbinder on its own 40 drops of 1:3 am. As far as I know the standardised extract is not as strong as the tincture and one would need 6 capsules to achieve the same effect. Guest guest
I get regular calls from members of the public who have decided to try Vitex and ended up with a disturbed cycle, disturbed bleeding etc. Thus has become more frequent/effects more marked. I can only presume this is with better quality extracts being available. From this experience I really think that without treating the whole picture imbalance is likely.LorraineLorraine Hodgkinson MRCHMHERBS AND HELPERS6, Butts Fold, Cockermouth,Cumbria, CA13 9HY.
