Dear Lloyd,

I have a friend, not patient who has this. I say "has" because she is also an experienced therapist (Polarity) so, though I haven't seen her, I feel she is really experiencing these minute critters in her skin! ( Apparently when doctors have looked at it, they haven't found anything there.)But this is truly a weird entity. I tried to read up on it on the internet as well as gleaning what i could from her.

I agree with others who have replied to you, and it has been her experience that the only way to go is with deep cleansing of body, skin, blood, intestines, + anthelmetics, etc and supporting optimal funtioning of the liver, intestines et al. with herbs and diet ( fasting if possible, at least short ones) and also treating for the emotional-mental aspects, as one would. My friend also went to see a GP, I think it was in or near Brighton ( would have to check), who agreed to treat her for it. But this was expensive of course and though helpful, she only went back for one follow up appointment.

Based on her experience, I would say the main thing is to advise the patient that it is going to be a long slog and persistence and determination is needed and also bear in mind that the patient needs to be listened to and accepted for what she is experiencing.

My friend also became scrupulous about cleaning her bedding, clothes and her house every day. Some might say this is obsessive, but she feels it has helped get rid of it and prevent re-infestation. She became quite reclusive as well for fear of not wanting to infect others. ( treat for Fear also, if present) But she does feel this was important and also that she is coming out of it now, slowly but surely. The condition is lessening.

Hope this helps.

best wishes,

Vicki Pitman

New study on Morgellon's has identified the fibres found in skin of morgellon's sufferers to be produced by keratinocytes in epithelial and follicular tissues. This proves that the fibres are not parasitic in origin, but also proves that it is indeed a physiological condition, and not a delusional one as most of the medical profession have maintained.http://www.prweb.com/releases/2012/6/prweb9616173.htmOn 1 May 2012, at 17:17, vicki pitman wrote:
