Guest guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 I've decided to try the TNT program (with some slight adjustments to my reality and to accommodate my BFL beliefs). The Targeted Nutrition Tactics (TNT) was published in Mens Health last summer. It basically follows a super low carb diet but with an eating pattern similar to BFL. THe idea is to program your body to burn the fat reserves by keeping your blood sugar and hence your insulin response from moving up and stopping fat burning. The first 4 weeks will be tough for me since I'm so used to eating carbs with every meal. The good thing is that I will now make a serious attempt to eat considerably more vegetables throughout the day. Just checking in with my plan.
