Guest guest
Bobbie, Way to go!!!!!!!!! Congrats! It's so much fun noticing all the new changes. My first change was I noticed my double chin shrunk. It's still there, but not nearly as swollen looking. Now I can wear jeans without worrying about not breathing! Keep up the great work!!! Lyn weigh in Hello all, My weigh in day was Thursday (I joined online.) I am happy to report I lost 2.5#. I have lost 11.5# in all. One of the things I've noticed is that it's getting easier to bend over. I love it:)!! I need to get the determination to start walking. I think my weight loss would pick up. Guest guest
Congratulations!!!!!!!!! That's fantastic. Believe me, the program WILL continue to work. You might not see 4.6 per week, maybe a pound, 1.5 or 2, but it WILL work! Doing the happy dance for you, Lyn Weigh In I had my first weigh in today. I was a little shocked at the results. I lost 4.6 lbs. I hope this program continues to work for me. *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Mommy to Ambree and Kirsten (Twin Angels) 5-25-95 Austin 3-22-96 Baylee 5-21-99 Caybrie 1-24-01 ~~May all your days be filled with smiles!~~ 188.8/184.2/145 *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Guest guest
Wow, congrats on that 6 pounds! Lyn weigh in well, i did my first when and i lose 6lbs!!!!!! i know this is because it was my first week and i won't lose that much on a regular week but still, what a boost!!! i'm really pleased with myself. i won't be around for a few days now so good luck everyone, have a good week and i'll see you soon. to the people who have gained this week, it will happen sometimes so just look to the next week and don't dwell on it. i'll probably gain on my PMT weeks, it's always happened in the past, the important thing is how well you've done in total. bye for now xxx

Guest guest
Peggy, congrats! That's a great loss.....and believe it!!! Lyn Weigh In Weigh-In tonight and I lost 3.6 lbs. It is funny, because I feel uncertain about it and think the scale made a mistake, but when I lost 1.4 last week, I didn't think anything was wrong with the scale, lol. You're absolutely right: *Tomorrow is the beginning of a new week.* That's a great attitude. My WW leader used to say: " Off- program one minute, on-program the next " , meaning that, yes, we make mistakes, sometimes several mistakes, but the key to success is to immediately turn yourself back on-program, just start right up again! I also really like seeing that word *determined*! :-) That's great! Carry on, my friend, and I know you will succeed! ..-=NM 146.8/132.8/

Yep, a long way to go, but you are now going in the right direction! :-) Too bad about that sinus infection -- I had one once and it is really awful; I hope you're feeling better soon. Drink all the water you want! It won't hurt. All you have to do is tell her what you told us - that yes, it is realistic, and you feel that you can do it. If she doesn't give you her support at that point, you can either turn to the others at the meeting, or find a new meeting. I spent almost a year with a leader that was horrible for my self esteem and finally drove me away from WW altogether - don't let this happen to you. Find a new leader if you need to, but don't give up. You know your body far better than anyone else ever will, and noone should be cutting down your plans. You CAN do it!! -Crys- 171.4 / 160.0 / 135 Lost 14.4 since 11/2/01, gained back 3.2 one week, but back on program now! I'm not saying there was nothing wrong; I didn't think you'd ever get tired of me. But, if that's how you're gonna leave - straight out from underneath - then we'll see who's sorry now............... Guest guest
Oy vey! I wonder how hard it is to lose eating at the top of that range. Right now I generally eat 23 or 24 points a day, with a goal to bank 5 per day. I don't eat those 5 banked points. Usually my " splurge " day may be to go to the top of my points...maybe eat one banked point. I just try to stay mid-range so that I can get used to lower amounts. I can see doing 23, but I fear I'd starve at 18. Re: Weigh in What does the point range drop to under 150 pounds? It drops to 18-23! " I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance.
