Guest guest
They are definitely my built in exercise program. Although I have discovered if I put a leash on the cocker, the collie will take him for a walk. She grabs his leash and start running. He doesn't have a choice but go with her as she has a good 40 pounds on him. Right now they are all out helping " daddy " in the yard. Lots of energy, those two!!! I have border collies, who are active by nature. Very active. Very, VERY active. They would walk me to death if I would...... jana apex, nc _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp. I like the way the real high-drive ones sort of stare at you with that frantic " whatcha want me to do now? " look. Guest guest
HI! Week 3 weigh in and hubby and I each lost another pound! Reassure me one more time that it's OK to lose slowly! I'm 5'8 " and started out at 188#. I " m now 184#. My doctor told me that he swears that the people who lose more slowly tend to keep it off....but I think he was just trying to be nice ;-) I'm just so proud that we've stayed on track!! We went really low on points one day and then " treated " ourselves to Taco Bell....mmmmm.... I'm really do think that if you never treat yourself, you'll cheat. I'm still not exercising...(HATE it) but I figure one thing at a time...when I'm more sure of myself food-wise, I'll start some kind of physical activity. Thanks for being there to listen! le PS....we made that Taco Veggie soup recipe that someone posted last week....we couldn't find the right kind of chili, so we had to kink it a little, and we added our favorite veggies, and cilantro! yum... even with the different chili, it's a point per cup! YES!!!
