The lurker is baaaaaack!!!!

Well, I think when I last visited we had figured out that Aricept, after 2

years, began cause mother to throw up. We tried going off of it for a few weeks

and then re-starting, and I even went so far as to NOT tell her so that she

wouldn't make herself sick just worrying about getting sick! But, to no

avail. She began to get sick a few days later. Sooooooo, we went to the Dr. and

started the Exchelon Patch 4.6. Monday she is supposed to start the 9.4 dose.

However, I don't think this medicine is helping. She seems to be more comfused

than when she was on Aricept, although not overly so. Maybe its just the LBD

profressing worse. I don't know if we should move on to a stronger dose

hoping that more will be better or ask the Dr. to add Namenda or if we should

re-start the Aricept or try to find something else. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK???
