Guest guest Posted April 28, 2008 Report Share Posted April 28, 2008 Hi, My name is Leigh and I'm just starting the Body For Life again. The last time I did it I lost 25 lbs in like three weeks. I was doing it with a group of people which was motivating. I've moved away from that group, however, and am looking for a little motivation. Is anyone interested in doing this diet with me? We could update each other on progress daily and keep each other accountable to excersize and eat right! Here's a little about me. I weigh about 240 and need to loose 100 lbs in the long run but I'm shooting for 50 in the next three or four months while the weather is nice where I live. I don't have a gym to go to. I can walk or run in the early mornings before my hubby goes to work but I stay home most of the day with my 4 homeschooled kids. This makes it hard to stay away from bad food cause it's all around me. I say I have to do this diet again cause every time I loose weight I end up pregnant again and gain 50 lbs all over.
