,

I have used it before and I'm a little indifferent about it. It seemed to work

on some things (calves particularly) and on others I couldn't really tell or see

any difference. It was supposed to involve more muscle fibers on each particular

exercise. But, what I did get out of it was that I never set the timing on it

for more than 30 seconds. It was a fun and different device. However, it seemed

any amount of time past the 30 seconds was kind of wasted and non-productive.

Just my opinion.

bad, indifferent. He's read about vibration for muscle mass gain. From the

" read " , the whole thing makes sense.

I had a session using a pro5 with a PT at my local gym. They definitely

do work as I was pretty sore the next day! At the moment I havent

incorporated one into my workout schedule but its something I would

consider using in the future. Since they are very expensive, I would

advise trying it for a few sessions at a gym before buying it.
