That's probably why all 3 doctors gave me different advice on how to treat the disease. Just wish more research would be put into these orphan diseases! Why can't you take abx or cortisone anymore? Is it because you're immunodeficient? I, too, am suspected of having immunodeficiency because my immunoglobulin count (IgA and IgG) is a little low and I have a low cd4 (lymphocyte) count (but am not HIV positive). I have quite a bit of research on the disease and have read the Merck manual's entry on bronch. It's still quite disturbing, however, since most sources do say one can only try to treat/manage (rather than cure) the symptoms. Keep well, Audrey Looking for last minute shopping deals?
