Guest guest
Before anyone buys from Amazon, I recommend looking for it on ebay first. I love ebay. Would this video be good for a woman? I have not been following the BFL. I have been eating healthier. I am taking these supplements called D4 Thermal Shock by Cellucor. They have been helping me with appetite control. I don't over eat and I still get in 4 - 5 meals per day. Weekends are unpredictable. I did manage to pry myself out of bed yesterday morning and did 15 minutes of cardio. Slowly but surely, I will perform a consistent workout routine. --- Jari Love workout DVDs - Off Topic Date: Tue, April 15, 2008 10:16 am To: bodyforlife , bflgaybimen Has anyone tried the Jari Love DVDs for a weight workout? I was thinking it might be fun to try something new. They are resistance and cardio workouts using dumbells or a barbell. I heard about Body Pump, but they don't sell DVDs and I don't belong to a gym to take a class. Someone mentioned Jari Love's DVDs. Currently she has 5 DVDs in the Get Ripped! with Jari Love: series: Get Ripped Ripped to the Core Ripped 1000 Slim & Lean Get Ripped & Chiseled I ended up purchasing all 5 on Amazon for $45.00. All had good reviews. It was mentioned that the first one " Get Ripped " isn't as challenging as the rest. I'm going to give these a try for awhile. Each one takes about an hour. You can learn more about them on her web site http://www.rippedworkout.ca/ If anyone has tried these, let me know what you think. Guest guest
I got them from a used seller through Amazon. Otherwise, they run $12.99 each. I paid $9.00 which includes shipping. E-bay would probably be good too though. Andy > > Before anyone buys from Amazon, I recommend looking for it on ebay > first. I love ebay. Would this video be good for a woman?
