Guest guest
Personally I don't like the ready made protein shakes because it's too much for just a few days vs. protein powder that can last a few months. In shopping for protein powder, just go for whatever tastes the best. I wouldn't go with the protein bars. I agree with the popular opinion of the vets on here that they're " Glorified Candybars. " Some of them are no better than a snickers, and have way to much sugar in them for my taste. I might know a place where you could find some affordable protein. Just let your mouse do the walking if you catch my drift. ;-) Matt The only thing that counts is winning, and if something goes wrong I get furious. - Lance Armstrong at 17 years old & nbsp; http://www.papevinenutrition.com - Shoot me a personal e-mail/IM for a 5% off coupon on your first order. I don't see them in stores and they seem rather costly. I've used the zone bars but I'm not sure how they compare. Thanks.
Guest guest
What do people think of Clif Builder bars. They are all natural with a good balance of protein/fat/carbs. Thoughts? - Mark From: bodyforlife [mailto:bodyforlife ] On Behalf Of Pape Sent: Wednesday, June 11, 2008 9:40 AM To: bodyforlife Subject: Re: Are there more affordable versions of shakes and bars Personally I don't like the ready made protein shakes because it's too much for just a few days vs. protein powder that can last a few months.
