Guest guest
Dear All,I had an inquiry from the patient with an anorectal adenocarcinoma if I had any experience using sodium bicarbonate applied directly to the lesion (the patient is doing brilliantly on juicing, very good diet, specific supplements and Hydrastis suppositories, her lesion has shrunk by half over the last two months or so). She would like to add sodium bicarbonate to the suppositories which are just beeswax and Hydrastis. I would appreciate comments from you, especially if you have had experience using it. The logic of creating an alkaline environment by topical application seems sound, but I wonder whether there would be any interaction with the activity of Hydrastis (or any chemical reaction due to heat etc). Thanks in advance
