Not sure if this is at all helpful but I used a Sanctuary 'mum to be' oil throughout my pregnancy and don't have any stretchmarks. I did also have a good diet and exercised which meant I gained little weight...but I think the oil helped - can't remember ingredients (I did consider making something myself but never got round to it.) but it was free of all the nasties.
