Guest guest
My DH and I just got blood tests from LEF. His 25 D is 13.9. There is a note that says, " Recent studies consider the lower limit of 32.0 ng/mL to be a threshold for optimal health. Hollis BW, J Nutr. 2005 Feb;135(2) :317-22. " His Calcium is 9.0 (8.5 - 10.6) I would not consider his taking Vitamin D without knowing his 1,25 D. Thoughts? Val
