I have a recipe from somewhere for turmeric honey which uses 9 parts turmeric , 1/2 part black pepper and 1/2 part ginger so 9 or 10 : 1 sounds about right

Hi Natasha

the recipe just said to warm the honey ( you need runny honey for this)and then start to add the honey to the powder until all the powder is disolved and you have a thick paste - it didnt actually give quantities .

The recipe was posted by Vaughan an american herbalist , on another herb list - she has a website so I m sure you ll be able to google her .she recommended 1 tsp a day for arthritis ,back pain , joint pain and reducing auto immune flare ups from things such as RA , lupus, crohns etc.
