When Do You Eat?

I was looking at my schedule for my meals and came up with the

following:

7:00 Breakfast

(3 hours between meals)

10:00 Snack

(3.5 hours between meals)

12:00 Workout

1:30 Lunch (This gives me just under an hour after my cardio before I

eat).

(2.5 hours between meals)

4:00 Snack

(1.5 - 2.5 hours between meals)

5:30 - 6:30 Dinner

(2.5 - 3.5 hours between meals)

9:00 Snack

I don't quite get the time between meals from my mid afternoon snack

to dinner on the days when I have to eat at 5:30 because of

activities I'm involved with, but that's all I can do.

Any suggestions or does this meet the itent of BFL? Thanks.
