Hi all, my husband and I are on our " official " day 17 although we

started working out and eating the plan 38 days ago. I have a question

on the weight training. Should I be sore the day after every weight

training session? Sometimes I'm sore, sometimes it just feels tight.

Should I expect to be sore after every workout for it to be effective

even if I'm hitting my 10's?
