Guest guest Posted April 15, 2008 Report Share Posted April 15, 2008 Hi all, my husband and I are on our " official " day 17 although we started working out and eating the plan 38 days ago. I have a question on the weight training. Should I be sore the day after every weight training session? Sometimes I'm sore, sometimes it just feels tight.
