I am just getting started doing Taebo I have been doing it for like 3 weeks now and I would like to drop about 10 lbs but my main concern is my stomach, I would like to have a strong lean stomach which Taebo workout would anyone suggest?ms_vickstcarolinem@... wrote: The new bands have removable 1 pound weights. Welcome !

While you can't " spot reduce " all the Tae Bo workouts will work your abs (have to burn the fat to get that tummy down). There are several Tae Bo workouts that do focus primarily on the abs they include Abs and Glutes (an old workout I think Collage still has it VHS only), Ab Bootcamp and Tae Bo Abs.
