Guest guest
Hi All, I just got started with this case but I forsee it becoming a lifelong project if the dog stays locally for rehab. Case history: 9 week old Labrador Retriever Female, routine vaccinations, severe overbite (extracted #704/804 to allow for maxillary improvement hopefully), short thin tail ntoed at birth. Recent exam of elbows because they appeared thickened to campus staff. Exam: thickened elbows, left worse than right. Left elbow ROM decreased flexion (with resentment). Resentment of shoulder extension bilaterally. Equal and FWtB x4. Stance is somewhat like a bulldog, short upper arm, east/west front feet. DACVR imaging interpretation pending. I will attach images in a folder. So we don't have a diagnosis yet, but has anyone seen something like this and if so what recomendations for long term treatment would you recomend? Rehabilitation will start once I have a diagnosis.
