Guest guest
Just thought you would understand....I am SO excited. I made chocolate pudding (EAS) last night. I can't wait. I borrowed the Eating for Life book from the library. That has helped with suggestions for meals - especially lunch. Carroll

Guest guest
Hey Carroll, My wife makes some truly delicious meals out of that book. Her mom is diabetic and she eats supper with us most evenings. She is doing so much better eating these really wholesome meals too. I can say I haven't had a bad meal out of that book yet. I definately have my favorites, but they are all good. > > Just thought you would understand....I am SO excited. I made chocolate > pudding (EAS) last night. I can't wait.
