PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THIS NEWS REPORT IF :

-You are overweight

-You snore constanly during sleep

-You often feel tired and have problem of concentration during working

hours

-You can fall asleep after watching TV for only 10 minutes or while

waiting at the traffic light to change from red to green...

These are signs that you may have apnea sleep disorder

I have taken the advice of a doctor to wear a CPAP machine during sleep

to correct these problems and it helps tremendously .The difference is

like night and day

yep got it been using a machine for over 20 years. Waited to long before I knew what was wrong everyone said I quit breathing well it did damage to my heart from the lack of O2 so please have it checked out if you think you have it. I didn't do all the sleepy stuff I felt better if I stayed a wake, was just so tired and short temper in the mornings lol
