Guest guest
Not much of an acheivement yet I'll admit, but it'll get there. Just need to stick with it. Did my first upper body workout today, and man was that tough. I'm used to pushing myself hard but I really shoved the boat out today although a couple of things are still bugging me. Do I need to warm-up before I workout? I did it today but I do I really need to or is that just counter-productive to what I'm trying to do? The only other thing bugging me is my organisational skills and that I've already figured out I need to plan better beforehand, so that will be sorted pronto before it gets a problem. I haven't got much to say other than that, just wanted to admit that I CAN do this if I actually kick my own arse into gear, which as a realisation is quite a big one, even for me. --------------------------------- Not happy with your email address? Guest guest
I think that the lighter first sets serve as the warm up. So I don't usually do anything to warm up for weights. Congrats on accomplishing your first workout via Body For Life style. ~KB On Mon, Jun 30, 2008 at 6:17 AM, IceDragon wrote: > Not much of an acheivement yet I'll admit, but it'll get there.
