Guest guest
1-2 tablespoons of Epsom salts to a couple of litres in a footbath > thanks christine, will give it a try. Guest guest
Hi Gursewa, I have used pointed cabbage - only because it is the only one I like to eat, but I think any cabbage will do. I either shred a few leaves and than bash them with a rolling pin or mash them in a pestle (slightly better), then put the mash on a piece of plastic and place around the painful spot. I use plastic so that the juice is not absorbed into the cloth. I change this every 15 min or so until there is a relief in pain. It apparently feels very cooling and soothing almost straight away. Look up the archives - I followed somebody else's idea from the list. Hope it helps From: herbalistmedherb (DOT) co.uk <herbalistmedherb (DOT) co.uk> Subject: gout cream?
