If following BFL, you should only be repeating the upper or lower body every 4

or 5 days. Not 1 or 2.

Alternate every resistance day with a cardio day. Then alternate the resistance

between upper & lower.

Although 48 hours may be enough time to heal (even though there is muscle

soreness) when starting out I highly recommend that you stick to the plan to get

the planned results.

I'm going to do it easier this time.

Shouldn't I have recovered in a day or two?
