I was wondering how people are getting in the tbsp of oil each day?

When I did BFL about 8 yrs ago, I used this Udo's oil and added it to

my shake -tasted pretty bad. I also printed the week one shopping list

and natural peanut butter is on it! That is not in the original book

and wondered if people are actually eating natural peanut butter?

Thanks for any help with this.........Tammy

I eat natural peanut butter. I use the Smucker's brand or sometimes a

store brand which tastes the same. I decided long ago I didn't care

for the Udo's. I know take fish oil pills instead.

I take 4 fish oil capsules per day. They aren't very expensive, but I

get a great deal since my doctor prescribes them for me, since I had

(at one time) high cholestoral. I get 90 day supply (360 capsules) for

only $2. My wife takes the equivalent from an online supplier. I also

have 9-11 grams of flax seed every day. Besides that my diet contains

fish quite often so I'm hopeful that I'm getting enough essential omega-

3 fatty acids.

We do keep Smart Balance peanut butter in our cupboard. It is

fortified with omega-3 and has no trans fats. Keeps in the pantry

without needing to refrigerate. Don't ask me how. Tastes good, but I

don't eat it very often. My wife eats it more regularly than me.
